Season 4 Episode 4 - What's Your Problem: How Do I Find Good People To Hire?

‘What’s Your Problem’ is a segment I run live in the ‘Joinery Business Hub’ Facebook group,  where we have a look at some of the most commonly asked questions i.e. problems people are having, and we work out solutions.  This week was the old chestnut, “How do I find good people to hire?” This is a question I get asked a lot, and have spoken a lot about. The key, really, is you shouldn’t be thinking about ‘finding’ good people. If your business is attractive enough and you use your marketing systems well, you shouldn’t need to look for ‘good people’ because they will find you.  In this brief but sharp ‘What’s Your Problem’ episode, I talk about the mindset you should have when recruiting and thinking about whether or not someone is ‘good’ for you or if you are good for them.  All will be answered on this week's podcast!
