Today on the show Bruce walks through some of what The Joinery Coaches 3F program provides regarding becoming more efficient through lean.  As well as going through the importance of implementing  5S in your organization, the continuous thinking culture is the real goal. A lot of people don't know that an average factory worker will, in total, spend around 6 weeks a year walking around looking for things.
