I thought we’d have another look at one of our most useful and well regarded episodes from last year covering an ongoing topic; continuous improvement.  In most industries, continuous improvement is an absolute must, but for the joinery industry it can be very tough due to limited understanding of what it means. When CNC machines were first introduced there was a lot of push back, so much so I still have clients TODAY debating if it’s worth getting one, even though this has been proven already for many years. Taking a look at where your business is and figuring out how you can improve it should be a constant, but how do you know if these continuous improvements are actually helping? Is it ever possible just to keep things where they are? In this episode replay I take a bit more of a deep dive into the best ways you can implement a continuous improvement strategy, as well as a way to figure out just how effective these improvements actually are.  This podcast will be very insightful for a lot of you, so as always if you have any thoughts about today's podcast be sure to head over to the Joinery Business Hub on Facebook!   In this episode we discuss: What is continuous improvement? Are the improvements you're making effective? Is it important to keep trying to improve, or is it ever possible just to let things be? What does continuous improvement look like in the long term?   Links: The Joinery Coach Website The Wealthy Joiner Joinery Business Hub Facebook Group YouTube Channel  The Marketing Joint
