When it comes to running a business, it can be very easy to let things run into a monotonous cycle, doing the same things each week and create a sort of groundhog day effect. This is often how I see a lot of businesses go downhill, so it’s very important to keep in mind the excitement that got you into the business to begin with. Make sure you’re doing the things you love, celebrate your wins with your team, and even look to “gamify” work by incentivizing good performance with fun rewards.
