Mick runs a really great business called Builders Business Blackbelt where he works with builders and coaches them on their business practises.  I felt this was an important conversation to share as we delved into the similarities between both our industries, exploring the bridges between them and highlight the important takeaways members of both industries can apply to their own businesses.
