Becoming sober and letting go of addictions is a topic that a part of me really wants to talk about, but the other part doesn’t because it’s so vulnerable. Recently, I celebrated 1000 days sober. While I’m very proud and grateful for the insights I’ve gained during this time, it has led me on a journey of self-discovery and of opening my heart to feeling the emotions that I did not want to feel for so long. I want to us to be real and raw in this conversation, so this week I’m sharing with you my journey to sobriety and what it took for me to uncover the hidden parts of myself and allow my true light to shine without numbing it with alcohol, substances, overworking, toxic relationships or other unhealthy habits. I believe this is possible for all of us, so tune in and join me on the journey of openness, honesty and feeling the depth of our emotions together. What You’ll Discover: Why alcohol is so culturally accepted and almost inevitable in social life How we can recognise if we have an unhealthy relationship with drinkingHow alcohol affects our consciousness and decision making The connection between unhealthy habits and our emotional healthWhy and when I decided to completely let go of alcoholWhere we can find support when we decide to go on the path of sobriety I believe that we truly deserve to learn to love ourselves and to allow ourselves to live a life free from any substances or unhealthy addictions. So if you feel like you need to have support in this area, I’m creating a program that will be affordable at a price of a bottle of wine, and I’m inviting you to sign up for the waitlist at https://jasminmanke.com/sober Resources: Join the Official Jasmin Manke Facebook Community: https://jasminmanke.com/communityYou’re invited to join Privée - Exclusive Access Membership: https://jasminmanke.com/priveeTo enquire about Jasmin’s programs, mastermind and private mentorship please email [email protected]
