Lisa Kay Solomon is an author of the books “Moments of Impact: How to Design Strategic Conversations that Accelerate Change” and “Design a Better Business: New Tools, Skill and Mindset for Strategy and Innovation.” She teaches and designs programs at Stanford's Hasso Plattner Institute of Design.
