Change management, HRM and what you need to know

You'd think that HR is the group with change management oversight.  That's actually not the case.  More often we are in influencing roles - no authority but lots of responsibility.  So if we are expected to assist in many ways, how do we make the most of it?  Well, the first step is understanding change management.
