RE-RELEASE: 001: Chronic Illness and The Christian Walk with Angela Parsley

I am delighted today to re-release the very first episode of the podcast, an episode that first released 5 years ago last month! In this first episode of the show I had a chat with my dear friend from church, Angela Parsley. Angela is an absolute gem. Though she has struggled with an oftentimes debilitating chronic illness for nearly half her life, she nevertheless is always seeking to serve those around her and to minister to them with the love of Christ. She truly inspires me! I know you will walk away from this conversation built up and encouraged!   What We Chat About in This Episode:   ~What Angela's chronic illness is, how long she has had it, and how it affects her daily life ~The impact her chronic illness has had on her walk with the Lord ~Lessons the Lord has taught her through her illness and particular Scriptures that have been of the most help and encouragement to her ~Advice and encouragement for folks who are struggling with chronic illnesses and dealing with the "Why Me?" question ~What the best and worst things are that we can say to folks we know who have chronic illnesses ~Ideas for how we can best serve the people around us with chronic illnesses ~The concept that we are all "walking parables" ~And more!
