This week I get to interview James Morehen, who is the Lead Performance Nutritionist for the England Women's Senior Squad at the Football Association (and my personal sports nutritionist). Fuelling your body to be the best performing vehicle it can be takes knowledge, commitment and understanding. James shares his top tips about nutrition to enable you to have ongoing stamina, positive mental health and a full tank of energy - all necessary if you're building a property business. It's not just performance athletes who need to take care of what they eat - we all do! James gives advice on the Three Ts of nutrition; how to maintain energy during the day and avoid that mid-afternoon slump; how to eat carbs without getting fat; and the role of supplements.
