This time of year there is always so much panic for salon owners and stylists. We've just had the busiest time of the year during December and now we are heading for the quietest. We panic that we won't have enough cash for payroll or for stock bills. We even worry about loosing team members because they (all of a sudden) feel they might be busier at a different salon. Well I have good news!
