This is not a new conversation, but it also doesn't seem to be going anywhere either. All I seem to hear is complaining about how the apprentices of today are not like they use to be or how the youth expect everything yesterday and have no patience. This type of negative conversation is not serving anyone because we end up in the same predicament. So what needs to happen?
