Sophie Bullivant is the owner and lead colourist at Colour Me Sophie B. Sophie is not only one of the most fun people I know in hairdressing but she is also one of the hardest workers I know! She never stops asking the question of, "How can my salon be better for my team and for my guest?" Sophie took the time to chat with me today about her incredible (SASSY!) culture at Colour Me Sophie B and how she gets her team to "buy in" to the way she wants things done in the salon! I'm a firm believer that unless you set the culture you want in your salon, the team will set it themselves! You may be lucky and it's an amazing culture but in my experience, it ends up being the opposite, and a guest experience that is never consistent and always changing.
