Our Great Coach on this episode is Mike Candrea.Mike is a Softball coach who after 36 years leading the University of Arizona has retired as one of the most respected coaches of Any sport in the USA. He is the all-time winningest coach in college softball history and ranked fourth of any coach in any NCAA sport with 1,674 wins. His teams have won 8 Women's College World Series and 11× Pac 12 or 10 Regular Season titles. In addition, he led Team USA to 2004 Olympic Gold medal and the 2008 silver medal.
