Kimberly Olson: 00:00 Welcome Goal Diggers to episode number 81 and we are going

to dive into how I built my following to over 100,000 people organically without Facebook ads and we're coming up on 150,000 people. It's crazy when I think about that, but I really wanted to do this episode because I think that there's a mystery around it and you're going to be shocked at the simple steps I took to be able to grow at the rapid pace. And this is just in the last year and a half, so I hope you're excited, but first, a listener review Lacey says, I love the motivation and inspiration and her advice. I love that she is honest about the things that she's done wrong in her marketing business. Not too many people can admit that and I love her upbeat personality too. Well, thank you Lacey. And I do want to always be completely honest with my struggles to my successes because if we just share the successes, it becomes these, these unrealistic expectations that we have.

Kimberly Olson: 00:57 And I believe it's my responsibility to level up and help people

see that they can do this and that there is always a struggle before the success. So thank you. Lacey, please leave a review if you do or take a screenshot of you listening to this episode, tag me on Instagram at the Goal Digger girl, G O A L or on Facebook and I will shout you out myself. Okay. So if you want to grow your business, whether it's network marketing, online marketing, a coach, membership programs, whatever you want to do, you have to have a lot of people digesting your content. Back in the day it used to be blogging, then it was YouTube, and now then, you know, obviously around 2009 2010 Facebook exploded in the last, what is it? Just five, six years, which is so weird to say. Who knows what's going to be next?

Kimberly Olson: 01:44 I did attempt to tic toc, Oh, I do need to do a tic toc today. I

made a note. I gotta write that down. I promised myself I would do them when I did video days and who knows what we'll be talking about in five years. It's just crazy, but you got to have an audience so you can choose what audience that is. That's the beauty of social media and that people are digesting content online at a rapid pace. It's awesome. However, that means that you need to grow that audience. So I have people following me in all different platforms, even Twitter, my YouTube videos, a third of my traffic comes from Twitter. I'm like, I'm not even on Twitter. I just repost stuff over there. It's hilarious, but you got to pick one and then you're going to build off of it, which I'm going to talk about today, but it's really, really important that you understand in order for you to have people to talk to and have people who want to buy your product, join your team, become a client of yours.
