19: Summertime Sadness (Getting Your Period in Summer)

HAPPY MENSTRUATION MAY !! :) This month we are going to have some BLOODY fun talking about all things messy, gross and embarrassing about periods :,) This weeks episode we are talking all about having your period in the summer. I discuss my struggles of missing out on pool parties, beach events, and warm weather because of my tampon struggle. I share about how I would use a pad while swimming, some tips and things to know about swimming on your period, and as always a bunch of embarrassing stories and experiences.
