71. That Whole Abundance “Thing”? It’s Real.

I have a love-hate relationship with the world of “woo-woo”. If you don’t know what “woo-woo” is, you might imagine it as the world of mediation, stones, chakras, sound baths, ‘The Secret’ or ‘magical thinking.' I hope that helps. “Woo-woo” has become such a common description in my industry that sometimes I forget to define it. Anyway, I love me some stones. I carry them around on stage when I speak, and I have several in my desk. Meditation is pretty damn cool and I really like the idea that when we ask, we receive. And today, I’m busting up this myth that “abundance” isn’t real. That the idea of “abundance” belongs only in the world of the “woo” and that we can’t possibly allow anything to flow, especially when it comes to money, health, or happiness. In this episode, I hope I’ll explain why I think the flow of abundance is a “real” thing and how you can start to jump into it. Find the full show notes at: https://sarahwalton.com/abundance
