How in the world are we supposed to keep on keepin’ on when it feels like the world has gone off the rails (again)? It’s really easy to slip into the mode where you consume all the media — social and traditional — to keep up with every second of every event, all day long. But it’s not good for your state of mind. Should you stay informed and know what’s going on? Absolutely. And you can do that in a way that supports your personal growth and the growth of your business. There are so many stressors on all of us right now: stressors like the larger world events that are shaping how we see our future, and the more personal stressors, like when my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes last month. This life stuff is hard. And life is going to keep on “life-ing” whether we want it to or not.
