#135: Accountability Is Not Criticism

We all need feedback in order to grow, and whether you're being held accountable, or holding others accountable, it's important to realize that criticizing isn't an effective way to improve performance. Accountability is, and in this episode Dave sheds light on the difference between the two so that when you're receiving feedback you view it in the right manner and grow because of it, and when you're giving feedback you do it in a way that helps the individual reach their fullest potential.
