Before joining Trafo Baden in 2012, Reto’s career path of 40 years in the international hospitality industry also included stops as Director of Regional Development for César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, Hotel Director on Seabourn Cruise Line and Head of Quality Control with Gate Gourmet Buenos Aires, to mention a few. Over the years he’s worked in Argentina, Panama, El Salvador, Miami, on-board Cruise ships and, of course, in Switzerland. Melanie-Celine Huber is the Director of International Development at the Convention Centre Trafo Baden, Switzerland. She has worked at a senior level in the hospitality sector for the past 20+ years, 10 of those at “César Ritz Colleges Switzerland”, one of Switzerland’s leading hospitality and business schools. Melanie’s international career path also includes other prestigious names such as Disneyland Paris, Kempinski Hotels, Regus and the Swiss Education Group, before she ventured into the convention and events business at Trafo Baden, where she’s also the “freelance” EA to the CEO. The 24 seminar rooms, event halls and spaces at Trafo Baden, which vary in size and style, allow events of almost any size.
