Episode 04 - The Difference at Drehmoment

Thank you for tuning in to our fourth episode of our new series: The Freestyle Approach Podcast, from Finding Your Freestyle® with Tracee Kafer. #thefreestyleapproach inspires to start a larger dialogue on the art of freestyle (beyond modality and form), and tangential topics of mindfulness, awareness, intention, intuition, creativity, self-expression, growth, and collaboration with interesting folks who are doing their thing in their own way! This podcast will continue to touch back on pole dance, movement and freestyle practice, but joins the connection between freestyle, in moving form, and the way we can access that freedom in many other parts of life. ABOUT ALISA SARIC - OWNER OF DREHMOMENT IN BERLIN (TRANSLATED FROM GERMAN) My career can be divided into a time before Pole and Pole. Actually, I always wanted to dance, but felt too old to start from scratch. Then Pole Dance came into my life, and suddenly I could work on everything and grow in everything that interested me: dance, acrobatics, strength training, flexibility, expression. Added to this was an unimaginably supportive community that kept me "on the pike", even though I had never been so enthusiastic about a sport before. Together with Johanna I took my first hour of tea in the spring of 2013. Our way led us quickly to England to Spin City Bristol, and to New York City to Body & Pole. To this day, I travel around the world for my passion for exercise to be regularly inspired by the best, and have already learned from over 30 internationally renowned pole athletes. Since 2014, I teach my passion for pole, dance, sport and exercise as a trainer. I am an Xpert-certified pole dance trainer (Level 1-4), multiple elevatED certified (Level 1, Level 2, Flexibility), and I also train regularly in my personal hobby area Biomechanics (including certification as a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist). In 2016, I deepened my knowledge in coach trainings with Josh Taylor and Marlo Fisken (Floor Flow), and expanded my horizons at Finding Your Freestyle Intensive with Tracee Kafer and Anthro-pole-ogy Seminar with Marlo Fisken. I am firmly convinced that you should learn for life, which is why I always escape for intensive training and workshops to bring fresh wind into our studio. My personal favorite aspects are flows, expression, free dance, sensual dance as well as functional, holistic movement concepts. The better you treat your body, the better you go through life and better dance at the pole. My mission is to help our students re-establish their bond between mind and body and lure the Wonder Woman into each and every one of them. When movement and heart unite, you feel unimaginable freedom. This freedom and well-being should carry each of my students from training into everyday life.
