Episode 5 - CrossFit Legend and Oakland Native Adrian Bozman

In this episode of the CrossFit Oakland Podcast, Mike and Ben interview Adrian Bozman.  Many of you may know Adrian as the stern-faced Head Judge of the CrossFit Games. Or perhaps, if you go back a little further in CrossFit lore, as the gentleman who invented the “No Rep."  Adrian is far more than just a Head Judge, though. He serves a larger role within the world of CrossFit training and continues to help develop the best CrossFit coaches in the world. We also explore Adrian’s origin story with CrossFit and how Mike and he met all those years ago (remember that Mike is very old...)!  There are a ton of little takeaways and thoughts that Adrian shares regarding how CrossFit and a consistent physical practice has bettered his life and the lives of those around him.
