Leka is an amazing woman, mother to two young ladies, wife (hey Shannon), athlete, coach, author, and so much more. We talk about Leka’s origin story with CrossFit, some incredibly interesting background in how she grew up, and her health practices before CrossFit. We discuss the importance and consistency with which Leka prepares her body for training in her warm-ups, and how she translates that preparation and intention into her coaching and classes. We highlight the amazing members of her Grandmasters group and the positives of such an amazing class. Last and definitely not least, we cover the mindset it takes to be a CrossFit games athlete.
