Tedi is a Fitness Coach & Runner, Public Speaker, Author, and Health Educator. She is a Washington state native who calls the Utah mountains home for the past 20 years. A longtime advocate for outdoor adventure and physical wellness for ADHD. Tedi is a strong believer in building a healthy mindset which has helped her deal with ADHD and anxiety. She took up trail running during an especially difficult time in life and kept on running. Loves teaching teenagers and speaking to inspire positive changes in people’s lives.
