Good Morning Portugal! What a Palavra? "Fim do mundo em cuecas"

I'm not really sure I've got my head around this quaint Portuguese phrase, but wanted to share as it's hilarious and poignant (and also the recommendation of Beyond Lisbon's Catia Lima).
