He has completed his bachelors in electrical engineering and pursuing his masters. Should he finish his studies back home or continue here? What is the right path for him? – Deepika from New York Answer: Visit NY State Department of Education website for rules, it may be case by case review basis  Question: I would say that one challenge I am facing involves one of my coworkers. I sit next to a guy in his 60's who has been a professor at various community colleges and likes to teach me or show me things occasionally. – Anthony Answer: Try to relocate somewhere in the office Be courteous and kind Be upfront, find a way to tap into his knowledge and expertise, schedule a time to have that conversation with him Question: I need help finding a mentor, or at least a place where I can talk or meet someone that can become a friend and an example to me.
