Let them Eat Cake! M&S sues Aldi over Colin the Caterpillar.

Launched over 30 years ago M&S's Colin the Caterpillar is an icon. A regular fixture at birthday parties of those young and old alike (I am assured by my British friends). However grocer Aldi now finds itself in court over their Cuthbert the Caterpillar cake. While this case is playing out over Trademark rights in the High Court, it is also playing out on Twitter in the most British way.
