Roundtable - What 1st Phorm HQ Taught Us About Standards

We were honored to be invited by Andy and Sal Frisella to St. Louis recently to tour the new 1st Phorm HQ and be on their podcast, RealAF. Words can’t describe what we saw and it got us thinking about setting standards. It’s clear, from the top down at 1st Phorm, there is a standard you must live up to if you want to be part of the team. This got us thinking about how setting the standard isn’t up to your boss or team leader, it’s really up to you. You take it upon yourself to set the standard. You be the leader, regardless of your rank or position on the team.
