One of the many lessons football taught us is the importance of trusting your teammates to do their job. Same rule applies in everyday life. Whether you think you can do a better job than your teammate or you fear you won’t prove your value to the team, it can be easy to try to do everything yourself. Trusting your teammates relieves stress and helps the entire team move forward in the right direction.
