First and foremost, Aiden is an integrative thinker with deep functional expertise across the field of leadership. As a leadership scientist, Aiden is deeply immersed in leadership theory and research which has emerged over the past 80 years. He was granted the Australian Postgraduate Award for academic excellence, and is currently completing a groundbreaking PhD focused on methods of fostering leadership to successfully navigate 21st century complexity. He has a number of collaborative research projects in progress, and will continue to publish findings in peer reviewed journals.
