Coleman Ayers of By Any Means Basketball is a force. He's smart, he's researched, he's creative and has a desire to keep learning. I think he's one of the best skills trainers out there right now just because of how well researched he is in how athletes learn and how they move, but also how well he communicates those ideas. This is a great episode for coaches of all levels.
