How Do I Work On My Goals When Life Gets in the Way?

There are times when we put our family and friends first. I’ll be the first to say that sometimes I’m in survival mode. So first don’t be too hard on yourself and celebrate those baby steps. Things don’t happen overnight. We celebrate every step along the way.
