It is multi-sensory experience. One of the things that we tend to overlook when we talk about imposter syndrome is understanding how much our environment plays into it because many of us, especially an executive level, we are operating in an environment that wasn't necessarily made for us.One of the biggest flags that you could be experiencing imposter syndrome is secret over time. It's something that we do at some stage. It does serve us in some moments and in other ways it does.Growth mindset is essentially a belief that you can improve by efforts and fix mindset is no matter what my efforts are, it is what it is.Connect with Jaz Marfo on  JustJaz.co or Linkedin Other episodes you may enjoy:Episode 203: How Building A Personal Brand Landed Me Game Changing OpportunitiesEpisode 202 : 3 Top Trends That Will Affect Your Career Development in 2023THIS EPISODE IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE CAREER CHANGE MAKER PROGRAMIf you are looking for support with changing career direction, book a suitability call >> https://www.careerchangemakers.com/ccmprogram
