Welcome to this special series of preview podcasts to celebrate the return of the Night of the 10,000m PBs.  From Monday to Friday there will be a brand new episode talking to key figures of the events past and future as we look forward to the return of the Glastonbury of Athletics on May 14th. Today's guest is On athlete Verity Ockenden. A 5k and 10k runner Verity is a British Athlete that currently lives in Italy. She was a bronze medalist in the 2021 European Indoor Champs and a supremely talented writer who was the poet laureate for Night of the 10ks a few years back.
