Welcome back to the big run and a warm welcome back to todays returning guest Kev Cruz.  Kev joined us back in September last year to share his love for the trails and to offer up an insight into the Australian running community. An ambassador for Satisfy and Arcteryx Kev manages the beloved UpThere store in Melbourne and since we last spoke he has been busy creating a community to encourage more people onto the trails and showcase what Australia’s outdoors has to offer with the Terror trail club.
