A Woman Who Fears The Lord Is Greatly To Be Praised

Happy belated Mothers Day to all of my momma listeners out there! In honor of it being Mother's day last week, I wanted to take the time to break down one of my favorite passages in the Bible: A wife of noble character, Proverbs 31:10-21.In this episode, I break down some of my favorite parts to give us a clearer vision of what we should strive to be more like as a virtuous woman. You don't have to be a wife or a mom to learn and grow from this passage. Some of the thoughts I tackle are:I want to be a more Godly wife, what should that look like?I don't think these characteristics I have are worth anything. What characteristics do I lack that I can improve on?In the end, we can't take our charm and beauty to heaven. So I want to help inspire you to find your inner Proverbs 31 woman. Build your identity and faith on that solid foundation of Christ and not what the world tells youis "empowering" and "strong". We are not supposed to look like the world, anyway. --------------------------------Have you been wanting to grow that more intimate relationship with God or spend more time in the word but just don’t know where to start? Welcome to the God Is Within Her Podcast. (formerly known as The Beautifully Enough Podcast!) This is a space for you, as an every day Christian woman, to GROW! Grow in your faith, grow a closer relationship with God, and grow your confidence in Christ, not self! Every week, we will dive into the word of God so we fill our minds with God’s truths, to live, not as the world tells us to live, but to live boldly as Godly women who fear the Lord. I believe our most powerful weapon is the Word of God; it’s our sword of the Spirit! And it’s time that we start using it to conquer our fears and doubts that we aren’t good enough or we can’t hear God’s voice. It’s time to transform into powerful, women of God who can overcome any obstacle all in the name of Jesus. If you are ready for guidance for your daily walk with God, you are in the right place.
