One afternoon in 1938, a tall, good-looking 22 year old young able Seaman arrived at his parents home in Bristol, on leave from his ship docked in Portsmouth. Two hours later he went quietly with officers to the Central Police Station to face the charge of murdering his Father.  What reason would this law abiding man have for committing such a heinous crime?
