One of My Biggest Pet Peeves -- Trademarks

Today, we're going to be talking about my biggest one of my biggest pet peeves in business, which is when people decide to add a TM to the end of every little thing on the Internet. They decide they're going to call their program "Happy" so they want to put a TM after the name...even though they know nothing about trademark laws, and even though it's going to be probably impossible to trademark the word "happy," they still want to do it.
