King Island Mayor Julie Arnold has called for a moratorium on seismic testing in Bass Strait after the release of recommendations from a Senate Inquiry, which made 19 recommendations after taking evidence from a number of groups and individuals and the big issue from the inquiry is more detailed research is needed.
