Tasmanian Country Hour

A trial using seaweed to feed dairy cows will take place in Tasmania to try and reduce methane emissions and increase milk production, and Fonterra will join up with east coast firm Sea Forest to manage the trial which will see small amounts of Asparagopsis added to the cow's menu.
