Money for irrigation schemes, biosecurity and quad bike safety are the main features of the State Budget for Agriculture in Tasmania, and the Tasmanian Farmers and Graziers Association has welcomed the scheme for quad bikes where farmers will be subsidised to fit safety devices to their bikes.
