The incoming CEO of the Tasmanian Farmers and Graziers Association John McKew says labour shortages and freight are two big issues to tackle, and he replaces long serving CEO Peter Skillern and comes to Tasmania after working for Dairy Australia and the fodder industry on the mainland.
