A new report released by consultancy EY today has found there'll be a 26-thousand worker shortfall on fruit and vegetable farms this summer, and the CEO of Fruit Growers Tasmania Peter Cornish says he's confident the work they've carried out to look for workers and locals to fill the gaps will prevail.
