Infant formula company Bellamy's has recommended shareholders vote in favour of a $1.5 billion takeover offer by Chinese company Mengniu, after an offer from the overseas dairy company to take on the Tasmanian company assets for a share valuation around 55 per cent more than the closing share price last Friday.
