Staff at the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture will be part of the discussions on changing any positions from Hobart or Burnie to Launceston, and UTAS says TIA will keep a strong presence in the north west of the state where it has several research facilities as the move is made to headquarter TIA in Launceston.
