Tasmania's Primary Industries Minister says he's trying to get to the bottom of why some fruit fly treatment facilities are still failing to catch infected fruit before it's sent to Tasmania, and a new program to benefit Tasmanian farmers called Cultivating Rural Excellence has been launched through Rural Business Tasmania.
