Tasmania's fishing industry is worried about a seismic survey that will go ahead later this year, 18 kilometres west of King Island; Timber company Forico has shelved plans for a wood pellet plant at Long Reach on the Tamar River; and farmers in the Central Highlands say restrictions on traditional land management have increased the fire risk in the region.
