Australian Competition and Consumer Commission deputy chair Mick Keogh says some quad bike manufacturers are "playing with lives" by resisting mandatory rollover protection. The comments come as the ACCC today closes its consultation on a raft of quad bike safety recommendations that could make fitting rollover protection devices mandatory.
