Ruralco has entered into a Scheme Implementation Deed with Canadian company Nutrien whereby Nutrien has agreed to purchase all Ruralco shares, and Tasmanian Irrigation has scoped out sites for two new dams in the Fingal Valley as part of the planned new irrigation scheme.
