Frances Bender from Huon Aquaculture has questioned the need for the Fin Fish Inquiry and told the hearing claims surrounding the operation of the salmon industry are affecting staff morale, and two former members of the Marine Farming Review Panel, Barbara Nowak and Louise Cherrie, have become the first witnesses to give evidence in camera at the Upper House Inquiry.
